Shapleigh Luncheon Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices dry bread
    margarine
    2 eggs
    1 c. thin cream
    1 tsp. salt (can omit)
    1/2 tsp. mustard or Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 lb. mild cheese, cut in small pieces
Preparation
    Spread bread with margarine.
    Cut each slice into 8 strips. Put a layer in buttered baking dish.
    Arrange the rest of the strips, upright, around the sides of dish.
    Mix slightly beaten eggs, cream, salt, mustard, paprika and cheese; pour into dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
