Lebkuchen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. molasses
6 to 8 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. nuts, rolled
2 oz. lemon peel
2 oz. orange peel
4 oz. citron peel
Preparation

Mix all together.
Grind lemon peel, orange peel and citron peel.
Then add to mixture and let set overnight before baking. It is very stiff dough.
Roll out and bake at 350\u00b0.
