Potato Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    1/2 c. milk
    1 onion
    4 celery sticks
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. bread cubes
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    salt
    pepper
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mash the potatoes, adding 1/2 cup warm milk and beating until fluffy. Chop finely the onion and celery and saute in butter.
    Add bread cubes after browned. Add chopped parsley. Add the egg and salt and pepper to taste. Add potatoes.
    Put in greased casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until brown.
