Fruit Cup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small apple
    1 medium banana
    1/4 c. watermelon
    1/2 c. peaches
    1 c. blueberries
    3 1/2 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate
Preparation
    Cut fruit in small pieces.
    Add juice and mix; keep refrigerated.
    Yield:
    2 cups.
    Carbohydrate 22 g, protein 1 g, fat .4 g, calories 92.
    One serving (1/2 cup) = 2 fruit exchanges.
