Caviar-Egg Mold(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 hard-cooked eggs, mashed
    1/3 c. butter
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    sour cream
    1 small jar caviar
Preparation
    Mix first six ingredients.
    Pack into small bowl lined with Saran Wrap.
    Chill.
    When ready to serve, unmold on serving plate. Top with sour cream (spread as though frosting a cake).
    Drain a jar of caviar well; spread on top.
    Serve dip with crackers.
