Spaghetti Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. lean round
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
Preparation
    Lightly brown the cut up round steak with the onions, green peppers and garlic in 2 tablespoons shortening.
    Stir occasionally.
    Add the mushroom soup, tomato soup and water.
    Add the cooked spaghetti and cheese.
    Place in a 3 quart casserole. Top with additional cheese (1/2 cup).
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
