Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) chopped broccoli
    1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese
    4 oz. pkg. Ritz crackers
    1 stick soft butter
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cook broccoli until soft; drain.
    Layer
    with
    Velveeta cheese in casserole dish. Grind up Ritz
    crackers
    in\tbowl.
    Add
    soft butter and toss until blended.
    Pour over broccoli and spread.
    Cooked oysters or mushrooms are optional in dish.
