Sweet Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cakes yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water or 3 pkg. active dry yeast
    4 c. scalded milk, cooled slightly
    3 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    5 eggs
    12 to 14 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix dissolved yeast, milk, salt, sugar, butter and eggs with electric mixer.
    Add flour, a little at a time, until well mixed. (When too thick for mixer, mix with hands.)
