Cauliflower Fried In Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. cauliflower (about 2 1/2 lb.)
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
salt
Preparation

Cook the trimmed cauliflower in salted water until tender. Drain, cool and separate the flowerets.
Dredge with flour and fry until brown in butter.
Serve with warmed butter and finely chopped parsley and salt.
