Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) crust
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine
    2 eggs plus 1 yolk
    1 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 3/4 c. milk (half canned and half dairy)
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Make crust or buy.
    Beat eggs thoroughly; add sugar and mix well.
    Add flour and stir; add milk and extract; beat well.
    Pour into crust and bake at 300\u00b0 until brown.
    Make sure crust doesn't have a hole in it.
    Do not overcook.
    Pie should move when shaken after it is finished.
