Ingredients

4 qt. thinly sliced cucumbers
6 medium, white onions, thinly sliced
2 green peppers, finely chopped
1/3 c. coarse salt
3 whole garlic buds
5 c. sugar
3 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric

Preparation

You will need 8 sterile pint jars.
