Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed cooked chicken
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. real mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. diced carrots
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. grapes
Preparation
    Stir ingredients, mixing well.
    For each portion, fill 1/2 cantaloupe with chicken salad.
    Serve with Melba toast.
