Lima Beans With Ground Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. baby limas
    water
    salt and pepper
    1/2 lb. ground chuck (lean)
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Wash or soak beans; cover with water.
    Add 2 tablespoons cooking oil, salt and pepper to taste.
    Allow beans to cook. About 30 minutes before beans are done, brown ground meat with onions, salt and pepper in another skillet.
    Drain and spoon them into pot of beans.
    Cook 30 minutes longer.
    Serve over rice with corn bread.
