Easy Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large pkg. frozen vegetables
    1 c. tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch or tapioca
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Use a 2-quart casserole.
    Place ground beef in bottom of casserole; do not brown.
    Pour over the vegetables.
    Blend tomato juice with salt, sugar, cornstarch or tapioca and pepper.
    Pour over meat mixture.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 4 hours.
