Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon (per person)
    1 heaping Tbsp. light brown sugar
    2 to 4 Tbsp. salad vegetable oil
    hard-boiled eggs, grated
    spinach, dried (room temperature)
    2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard
    1 to 2 Tbsp. Italian red wine vinegar
    mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Cut the bacon and cook in pan.
    Leave grease in pan.
    On low heat, add the mustard and the brown sugar.
    Blend into the grease. Blend vinegar into the mixture.
    Blend oil into the mixture. Bring to a slow boil; blend until thick.
