Oyster Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 c. rice or 3 qt. bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. sage
    2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    salt and pepper
    2 doz. oysters and the liquid
    1 c. turkey stock and cut up giblets
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter.
    Add bread or rice and all the seasonings.
    Add oysters, stock and giblets.
    Mix and heat thoroughly, then add eggs and mix well.
    Makes enough to stuff a 10-pound turkey.
