Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 carrots
    1 stalk celery
    1 clove garlic
    2 small onions
    3 potatoes, peeled
    3 tomatoes, peeled
    1 c. boiling water or bouillon
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut carrots, celery, onions, garlic and potatoes into very thin slices.
    Cut tomatoes in wedges.
    Fill baking dish with vegetables, bouillon and seasonings.
    Cover; bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Remove cover.
    Bake 15 more minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Serves 8.
