Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 lasagna noodles, prepared
    2 egg whites
    8 oz. fat-free cottage cheese
    4 oz. fat-free Mozzarella cheese
    3 to 4 c. spaghetti sauce (see recipe)
Preparation
    Place on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan, a small amount of sauce. Place 1 layer of noodles in pan.
    Combine cottage cheese and egg whites.
    Place on top of noodle layer, then add sauce.
    Place another layer of noodles; top with sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
    Each serving contains 259 calories, 24.8 g protein, 7.2 g fat, 53 mg chol. and 332 mg sodium.
