Beef And Cheese Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. salad oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water
2 c. shredded Longhorn cheese
3 tsp. chili powder
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
12 corn tortillas
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation

Brown beef, add onion and saute 3 minutes.
Pour off grease. Stir in coffee, salt, pepper, chili powder and 1 can tomato sauce. Heat to simmering.
Spread each tortilla with cream cheese. Place about 1/2 cup of meat mixture over cheese on half of each tortilla.
Arrange with folded edge up in 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Pour remaining meat in spaces around tortillas.
Pour remaining can of sauce and water over top.
Sprinkle with cheese, cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
