Tomato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked deep-dish pie shell
1 large onion, chopped
2 c. chopped, fresh tomatoes
2 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper, to taste
1 c. light mayonnaise
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation

Bake pie shell at 350\u00b0until partially cooked.
Saute onion and tomatoes in skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray until onion is tender.
Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper; mix well. Spoon into pie shell.
Combine mayonnaise and cheeses in bowl; mix well.
Spread over filling; sprinkle with basil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Yield: 6 servings.
