Zucchini Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 medium potatoes, sliced thin
    2 zucchini, sliced thin and peeled
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    garlic and oil
    1 can crushed tomatoes (use large can if you are making double amounts; you can also use plain Prego or plain Ragu and water it down so it won't be strong)
    basil, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown garlic in oil; drain oil, then add remaining ingredients except tomatoes.
    Saute until tender, then add tomatoes and simmer.
    Even better the second day.
