Cinnamon-Pull-Apart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 eggs
    4 c. flour
    4 tsp. cinnamon
    melted butter or margarine
Preparation
Scald milk, stir in 1/4 cup sugar, salt and butter; let cool. Measure water in large bowl, sprinkle in yeast and stir until dissolved.
Add milk mixture, eggs and 2 cups flour and beat until smooth.
Stir in remaining flour until well blended.
(May need to add 1/2 cup more flour so dough is not so sticky.)
Cover bowl and let rise until double.
Combine remaining sugar, cinnamon and pecans, if used, and set aside.
Punch down dough and place on lightly floured board.
Knead in just enough extra flour to make dough easy to handle.
    Make 1 1/2-inch balls.
Dip balls in melted butter and then into sugar mixture.
Brush ring pan with melted butter and add balls.
Cover and let rise until double.
Bake at 375\u00b0 about 20 to 25 minutes.
Let cool about 10 minutes then turn out of pan.
