Stained Glass Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (12 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks or tidbits, well drained (save juice)
    sliced maraschino cherries (as desired)
    2 bananas, sliced
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. French vanilla pudding mix
Preparation
    Combine pudding mix with pineapple juice.
    Add almond extract. Stir until thick.
    Add all fruit.
    Mix until fruit is well coated.
