Pork Chops And Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 thick pork chops
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. diced pimientos (optional)
    2 Tbsp. seasoning blend
    hot water
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown pork chops in butter.
    Spread uncooked rice in bottom of a rectangular baking dish.
    Spread soup, onion and pimiento over rice.
    Sprinkle with seasoning.
    Pour approximately 3 cups hot water over rice.
    Place chops on top and cover tightly.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes or until pork chops and rice are done.
