Make-Ahead Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 baking or all-purpose potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, cut into chunks
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and cut into chunks
    1/4 c. low-fat milk
    1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and white pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel the potatoes and cook until tender.
    Mash with butter, cream cheese and milk until fluffy.
    Beat in Parmesan, salt and white pepper to taste, then turn into a casserole dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Press plastic wrap onto the surface; cool briefly, then cover and refrigerate.
