Tomato Zucchini Nibbles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 cherry tomatoes
    3/4 c. finely chopped zucchini
    1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 tsp. snipped chives
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Cut slice off bottom of cherry tomatoes so they will sit flat. Cut thin slice from top of tomatoes.
    With small melon baller or spoon, carefully scoop out centers of tomatoes.
    Sprinkle inside of tomatoes lightly with salt.
    Combine zucchini, cottage cheese, chives and garlic salt.
    Fill tomatoes using one rounded teaspoon in each.
    Garnish each tomato with additional chives.
    Makes 24 servings.
