Pepperkakor - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. dark Karo syrup
2 tsp. soda
1 egg
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. cloves
juice and rind of 1 orange
3 1/4 c. flour
dash of salt
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg and syrup.
Roll out cookies and bake in 325\u00b0 oven about 10 minutes.
