Honey Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cut up
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Combine garlic powder, salt and pepper. Rub chicken with mixture. Beat egg yolk with honey and 2 tablespoons butter in small bowl. Brush chicken with honey mixture.
Place, skin side up, in greased baking dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, basting with remaining butter. Turn and bake for 10 to 15 minutes longer until brown.
