Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. light Karo syrup
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. whole and broken pecans
    1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shell
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar, Karo syrup, butter, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Pour filling into pie shell.
    Stuff in pecans until you can't stuff any more.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes, or until center is firm.
    Cool to room temperature before cutting.
