Quick Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 c. fresh, frozen or canned peaches, sweetened to taste
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. margarine
Preparation

Melt margarine in a 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
Mix flour, sugar and milk together and pour in the baking dish.
Pour the fruit over the crust.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
When done, the crust will be on top and the fruit will be on the bottom.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
