Overnight Italian Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf Italian bread, broken into small pieces
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3/4 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    9 thin slices Genoa salami, chopped
    16 eggs
    3 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. white cooking wine
    4 green onions, minced
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Spray a 14 x 11-inch pan with oil.
    Put bread on bottom. Drizzle with margarine.
    Sprinkle Swiss cheese, Mozzarella cheese and salami on top.
