Pina Colada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. light rum
    3/4 c. canned cream of coconut
    1 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    cracked ice
    fresh pineapple spears (for garnish)
Preparation
    Mix rum, cream of coconut and pineapple juice in blender for 30 seconds.
    Pour into glasses filled with cracked ice and garnish with pineapple spears.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
