Fruited Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
    1 small can mandarin oranges
    1 medium can pineapple (crushed)
    celery according to taste
    mayonnaise with little juice from pineapple or oranges
    slivered almonds
Preparation
    Bake chicken
    breasts
    and
    then
    cut into small pieces (squares).\tCut up celery and oranges and add to chicken, then add pineapple.\tUse
    mayonnaise,
    enough
    to hold together the ingredients.
    Top
    with
    almonds.
    Let stand for several hours before
    serving.
    Serve with banana slices (halves lengthwise) topped with
    crushed
    salted
    nuts.
    Arrange
    banana slices on side of
    plate
    with
    salad in the middle.\tCheese biscuits go very well with this.
