Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage, cut skin off
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. whole basil
    15 oz. can tomatoes
    1 can water
    1 can tomato paste (regular size)
    1 can water
    sprinkle of oregano
    8 lasagna noodles
    1 large cottage cheese (3 c.)
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown the meat; drain excess fat.
    Add the next 7 ingredients. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
    Cook noodles; drain and rinse. Combine remaining ingredients except Mozzarella cheese.
