Hot Cocoa Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. (about 12 oz.) fine quality cocoa
3 c. (about 12 oz.) confectioners sugar
2 c. (about 6 oz.) instant dry milk powder

Preparation

Combine all 3 ingredients; mix well.
Store in airtight container until needed.
Use about 1 tablespoon per cup of hot water.
Makes about 32 servings.
