Triple Good Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raisins
1 can condensed milk
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. (2 sticks) margarine
1 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. regular or quick oats
1 c. flour
1 c. walnuts
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients together and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture bubbles; cool.
Beat margarine with sugar; add vanilla, oats, flour, walnuts, soda and salt.
Reserve 2 cups and press remaining onto bottom of prepared pan.
Spread raisin mixture and then sprinkle reserved 2 cups mixture on top.
Grease 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
