Carrot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 can canned milk
    3 c. carrots, blended fine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pour into unbaked pie shells.
    Bake until done, about 35 minutes, at 400\u00b0.
    Serve plain or with whipped cream or ice cream.
