Ice Cream Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cupcakes
    1 pt. ice cream
    3 egg whites
    1/2 c. honey
Preparation
    Scoop centers from cakes; fill with ice cream.
    Beat egg whites with honey added gradually until stiff.
    Cover tops with honey meringue, piling it high over ice cream.
    Brown quickly in a preheated oven at 425\u00b0.
    Serve immediately.
