Joanne'S Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 1/4 lb.) roasted chickens
    1 small onion, minced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 (6.2 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix, cooked
Preparation
    Remove chicken from bones, discarding skin and bones. Chop chicken. Stir together chicken and remaining ingredients. Spoon evenly into 2 lightly greased 8 x 8-inch baking dishes (or one 9 x 13-inch dish). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
