Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 box brown sugar
1/2 stick oleo
1 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Preparation

Beat eggs and add sugar, dash of salt and melted oleo.
Add vanilla and pecans.
Pour into pastry shell.
Decorate top with pecan halves.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when sticking into center of pie.
Cool to serve.
