Veggie Cheddar Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. potatoes, cubed
    1 c. broccoli
    1 c. cauliflower
    1 c. carrots, sliced thin
    1/4 c. onion
    1/4 c. butter
    1/3 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 c. Cheddar, shredded
Preparation
    Combine vegetables with 2 cups water. Bring to a boil, then simmer 10 minutes. Do not drain.
    Make a white sauce with butter, flour and milk. Add cheese. Stir until melted.
    Add vegetables and water.
    Heat through.
