Wild Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 stalk celery
    1 carrot
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    3 Tbsp. flour, salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. cooked wild rice
    1 c. water
    1 can chicken broth
    1 c. half and half
    1/3 c. almonds
Preparation
    Cook celery, onion, bell pepper and carrot in butter.
    Stir in flour and pepper.
    Stir in rice, water and broth.
    Heat to boiling point.
    Stir in half and half; almonds for garnish.
    Do not boil this soup.
