Cordon Bleus(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boiled ham
    1 lb. Swiss cheese
    flour
    eggs
    milk
    seasoned breadcrumbs
    margarine
Preparation
    Roll ham and cheese slices together, cheese on the inside. Fasten with toothpicks.
    Dip each roll in milk; roll in flour and dip in beaten eggs.
    Roll in breadcrumbs.
    Fry in margarine until browned, turning frequently.
    Cut each roll into four serving pieces.
