Mexican Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. sour cream
16 oz. medium salsa sauce
1 pkg. extra sharp Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. Monterey Jack with jalapeno peppers
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1 can sliced black olives
sliced tomatoes (optional)
Preparation

On a round pizza tray (medium size), smooth out sour cream. Add salsa on top of sour cream.
Do not mix.
On top, grate Cheddar cheese, then Monterey Jack, then Cheddar or vice versa. Sprinkle scallions on top of cheese (as much as you prefer) and top with olives and tomatoes.
Serve with nacho chips.
