Sausage-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese or 2 cans nacho cheese soup
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 1/4 c. Minute rice, uncooked (use 2 c. rice for 2 cans nacho cheese soup)
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Brown sausage in a skillet and saute onion and bell pepper. (I saute mine with the sausage.)
    Drain grease off and mix with soups and rice.
    Bake in a covered casserole at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Uncover for last 10 minutes to brown.
