Baked Stuffed Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large onions, peeled
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
paprika
1/4 c. chopped pecans
salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Choose onions that are uniform in size.
Cook in boiling, salted water for about 25 to 30 minutes or until tender, but not soft.
Drain and cool.
