Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. quick oats
1 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Drop by teaspoon 2 inches apart on ungreased sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes 36 to 48 cookies.
