Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
2 c. buttermilk
1 egg
pinch of salt
pinch of sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Put first 6 ingredients in a bowl and beat with eggbeater until smooth.
Add flour and soda; mix well.
Bake on griddle or frypan. When a drop of water dances on griddle it is hot enough for your batter.
Place enough batter on griddle for your desired size of pancake.
