Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in rectangular pan (13 x 9-inch).
    Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Place chicken, skin side down, in pan.
    Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes.
    Turn; bake until done, about 15 minutes longer.
    Makes 6 servings.
