Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. diced potatoes
    1 medium, chopped onion
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 stalk chopped celery
    1 small, diced carrot
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Add water, just enough to cover veggies and cook until well done.
    Add milk.
    Mash half of the potatoes to get the creamy effect.
